International A-Class Catamaran
2008 North American Championships

The Santa Cruz fleet is proud to announce the 2008 North Americans will be hosted by the Santa Cruz Yacht Club (SCYC) from Sunday, September 27th to Friday, October 3rd, 2008 in Santa Cruz, California.

The Regatta will be sailed in the open waters of Monterey Bay, south of the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor.

The San Jose International Airport (SJC) serves Santa Cruz. The Airport is located about 30 minutes away from downtown and 45 minutes (during off-peak traffic) from SCYC.

Several other airports are also within driving distance:

• San Francisco International Airport (SFO)


• Oakland International Airport (OAK)


• Monterey Peninsula Airport (MRY)

Housing:

SCYC and the surrounding area offer many options.

There are a limited number of RV spaces available for reservation. These spaces are available on a first-come-first serve basis.
